The Mediterranean is within easy reach with G de Galoupet, our new cuvée that embodies a subtle balance of freshness, indulgence, and finesse. It captures the essence of the Provençal terroir through its blend of five grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah, and Tibouren, which is the signature of the Maison. Its pale pink colour with peach reflections enhances this wine, made from organic farming, which pairs perfectly from aperitif to dessert, in all seasons.
Tasting notes
The nose is very expressive, revealing a succession of fruity notes. The initial nose unveils scents of grapefruit and exotic fruits. Notes of apricot, melon, and then red fruits blossom in the glass with elegance.
On the palate, the fruity expression intensifies with hints of yellow fruits, citrus, and then red fruits. The mid-palate is very indulgent, supported by a generous volume and a silky structure, while the finish offers a lovely length, fruity and zesty, with a touch of salinity.

How was 2024?
After two particularly dry years in 2022 and 2023, our estate really needed water, and the teams were scanning the sky in hopes of rain. Our wishes were granted with the 2024 vintage, marked by very nice autumn and spring rainfalls, which replenished the soils well. Some of us even harvested wonderful mushrooms in the wooded areas of the estate, but they are keeping the locations of their discoveries a secret... The summer then stayed true to Provence, warm and sunny, allowing for optimal ripeness of the berries. Our wines capture all the generosity of the vintage, with a beautiful intensity, a silky structure, and a lovely length on the finish.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at night at optimal aromatic ripeness. Once cooled, grapes are pressed directly at low pressure. The musts are cold settled and then fermented at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for about fifteen days. The wines are then aged on fine lees.

Sustainable packaging
G de Galoupet 2024 is presented in one of the lightest bottles in the world, weighing only 300g, which reduces its carbon footprint by half compared to a standard rosé bottle. This not only saves energy during the production process but also during its transport. Its amber bottle is also made up of 85% recycled glass, which limits waste. Zero plastic, zero aluminium: its capsule and label are entirely made from recyclable paper.
